How do I use a dynamic microphone?
I found this small Sony dynamic microphone that I still had somewhere, and I already wanted to give a karaoke-birthday party. So I thought that this could probably work on something, I tried the piano and an amp, but the outlet was too small. I think I can record with it on the computer, but not that you hear the voice (like you would hear the voice on an amp). If I can get this thing to work, and on where I can connect it. Also I'm wondering if I could connect it to something that will actually let you hear the voice (like a real mic with amp). Thanks in advance!
Btw, the exact details of the microphone: Sony F-V5 Omuni-Directional IMP 300 (omega sign)
Dynamic Microphone
If the mic is in working order all you should need is an adapter to make the mic connector fit the amp input. It does have to be a mic input on the amp, not a line or aux input.
